SCAG was the client and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) lead consultant for a project plan to establish a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) Share Demonstration project based in a community center in Inglewood. The project was managed by Walter Siembab, a prolific and dedicated NEV and local mobility champion with the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG).
